The Eatsly Website is operated within the United States. By providing information to us through Eatsly, we ask that you acknowledge and explicitly consent to the transfer of that personal information to be processed and used in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Notice within the United States. If you authorize us to send information to a Client or third party outside of the United States, your information will be transferred to the locations you authorize by your explicit consent.
